I make functional pottery using either stoneware or porcelain clays. I fire primarily in a salt/soda kiln but when given the chance, I don't hesitate to get my work in a woodkiln. I also have a reduction kiln here at the pottery and it allows me to work in a larger scale alongside my utilitarian ware.

My pots are meant to be used and enjoyed on a daily basis and are made to do so.
